  • When does the Access Premium or Premium+ subscription start when purchased as a gift?

    A gifted Access subscription starts when the receiver of the gift redeems their gifted subscription, rather than when it is purchased. This ensures that the recipient gets a full year of Access Premium or Premium+.

  • Do I need an Access account to purchase a gift Access subscription?

    No, you can purchase a gift subscription without creating an account. We require your email address, but only so that we can send an email to confirm your purchase.

  • Can I schedule a gift Access Premium subscription to be sent later?

    Yes, when you purchase a gift subscription of Access Premium or Premium+, you can schedule an email up to three months out to inform the recipient of your gift.

    The subscription won't begin until the recipient activates it.

  • How long are Access Premium/Premium+ Benefits Active?

    Your Access benefits are valid for 1 year after the purchase date (i.e. benefits are no longer tied to a calendar year).
