  • How do I earn Access Points?

    Easy — just book and play rounds at participating courses via GolfWithAccess.com or the Access Golf App. You’ll earn:

    • 1 point per dollar at the base level

    More points per dollar as you move up tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum)

  • Where can I redeem my points?

    At any participating Access or partner course that accepts redemptions. You’ll see a full list of participating courses on our website — and redemptions are clearly marked during the booking process.

  • How do I track my points?

    Log into your Access account on our website or app. You’ll see your points balance and tier status. 

  • I’m missing points, what do I do?

    Contact the course where you played

    If it has been more than 72 hours and your points have not appeared, please contact the course where you played directly. The course manages check-ins and can verify whether your round was properly recorded in the Access system.

    When contacting the course, have the following information ready:

    • Your Access account email

    • Date and time of your tee time

    • Name the reservation was booked under

  • When do points appear in my account?

    For points earned from playing rounds at participating courses: Access Points are typically posted to your account within 48-72 hours after your round is completed and checked in at the course.

    For points earned from Access Shop eligible purchases: Access Points are typically posted within 24 hours.

  • Do I get points for paying for my guest’s round?

    Troon Rewards is a program for individuals. As a member of Troon Rewards, you may earn points for your own green fees and/or merchandise (pre-tax) in the golf shop.

  • How is this different from Troon Rewards and Troon Access?

    Access combines what used to be two separate programs, Troon Rewards (loyalty) and Troon Access (subscription), into one modern, connected experience.

    With Access, you still earn Points every time you play at participating courses, but now you can redeem them directly toward any tee time in our booking engine or app. No more redemption value charts, blackout dates, or phone calls to book rewards rounds.

    With Access Premium, your subscription benefits like discounted rates, guest passes, and exclusive experiences now live within the same platform, seamlessly tied to your loyalty status and Points.

    Everything is now managed in one place for a simpler, more rewarding golf experience.

  • Are Access Points worth the same as Troon Rewards points?

    Not quite — but that’s a good thing. Troon Rewards Points didn’t have a consistent value across courses & time of year, hence the need for the redemption chart. With Access Points, prices will be displayed in Points directly in our booking engine and will be based on the public rate.

  • What happens if I don’t convert my Troon Rewards points?

    Members who do not convert may continue to redeem existing Points under the current Troon Rewards Terms & Conditions through October 31, 2026, after which the Troon Rewards Program will be terminated. Any unredeemed Points remaining after that date will expire and will not be eligible for redemption or conversion. As of November 13, 2025, Troon Rewards points will no longer be awarded at any course.
