Access Terms And Conditions

Participation in the Access program is subject to the Member abiding by these “Terms and Conditions.” 

I. Enrolling in Access 

A. Eligibility

Individuals may enroll in Access by fully and accurately completing an application on the Troon Application or on golfwithaccess.com (together “App/Website”), in-person at certain participating facilities, or through another enrollment channel made available by Troon. Enrollment in Access is free and permissible so long as the individual possesses the legal authority to agree to these Terms and Conditions, provides valid and accurate personal information during enrollment, and has not been terminated from any rewards program by Troon. 

B. Terms of Eligibility

Participation in Access does not constitute a membership of any kind at participating Troon facilities.

  • Access is for individuals only, and only one (1) Access number will be issued to each eligible individual member (“Member”).

  • Access accounts are non-transferable.

  • Troon Associates are not eligible to accrue or redeem points in Access .

  • Troon may deny membership in the Access program to any applicant in its sole discretion and without written notice.

II. Earning Points

Members earn Access points (“Points”), in accordance with the provisions hereof, as of the date that the Member is approved by Troon to participate in Access . Points will not be applied to purchases made prior to such date.

A. How to Earn Points

Members earn Points for green fees booked on the App/Website at facilities participating in the Access Program (each a “Participating Facility”) and, beginning on a date to be determined in Troon’s sole discretion, for merchandise sold on App/Website (together “Eligible Purchases”). Participating Facilities will appear on the App/Website with the “Access” logo next to their name. Booking reservation pages will also note that a booking occurs at a Participating Facility that is eligible for Points accrual. 

Access members without status earn one point per one dollar spent on Eligible Purchases, absent special promotions established by Troon or a Participating Facility. 

Members may earn multipliers for all Points earned based on their status within the Access program, as set forth below:

  • Silver Status: Members earn Points at a rate of 1.1 points per dollar spent on Eligible Purchases. Access Premium enrollees automatically receive Silver Status. Gold Status: Members earn Points at a rate of 1.15 points per dollar spent on Eligible Purchases. Access Premium+ enrollees automatically receive Gold Status.

  • Platinum Status: Members earn Points at a rate of 1.25 points per dollar spent on Eligible Purchases.

Please refer to Section II.D for more details regarding Silver, Gold, and Platinum Status Levels.  Terms relating to Access Premium or Access Premium+ are set forth at golfwithaccess.com/membership including conditions relating to subscriptions for such enrollment.

To receive Points, Members must either log in to the App/Website, or manually input their Access number at the time of the purchase in the App/Website. 

If a Member is not logged in and does not enter their Access number manually at the time of purchase, the Member can submit a request for missing points within 60 days at troon.com/rewards/points-request. All evaluations of such requests shall be made in Troon’s sole discretion.

Certain Participating Facilities may also agree, at their sole discretion, to add a Member’s Access number to a round of golf that was not purchased on the App/Website or to which the Member did not add his or her Access number when booking.

B. Terms of Points

Points do not have any cash value and Troon will not compensate or pay cash for any forfeited or unused Points. 

Points are non-transferable and may only be used by the Member who accrued the Points.

In the event a Member has more than one Access account, Troon may permit the combining of Points from multiple accounts upon request. Such determination will be made in Troon’s sole discretion.

Troon, at its sole discretion, has the right to cancel or reverse any Points based on its determination of any Points earned or credited in error, or as related to any refunds of purchases.

C. Purchases Eligible for Points and Determining Point Values

Members are eligible to earn Points for the following Eligible Purchases (pre-tax):

  • Member’s greens fees at Participating Facilities (including club rentals but not cart fees or trail fees)

  • Certain merchandise purchased by the Member at shop.troon.com

The following are not considered Eligible Purchases and therefore Members will not accrue Points for the following:

  • Food and beverages

  • Greens fees for persons other than the Member

  • Member initiation fees, dues, annual passes or seasonal passes or memberships

  • Gift cards or any other pre-purchase of golf shop credit

  • Access Premium or Access Premium+ membership fees

  • In connection with any other product or promotion offered by Troon, unless specifically designated as such in writing by Troon

  • Pre-paid online golf reservations made through third parties

  • Cart fees or trail fees

  • Any purchases at non-Participating Facilities

  • Any purchases made through third-parties that may include golf at a Participating Facility

D. Status Levels and Point Multipliers

Based on the number of Points accumulated within a calendar year, Members are eligible to receive a multiplier for all Points earned while in the statuses as set forth below.

  • Silver Status is earned by accumulating 750 points within a calendar year. All Access Premium enrollees receive Silver Status, but may attain Gold Status or Platinum Status based on Point accumulation.

  • Gold Status is earned by accumulating 1,500 points within a calendar year. All Access Premium+ enrollees receive Gold Status, but may attain Platinum Status based on Point accumulation.

  • Platinum Status is earned by accumulating 3,000 points within a calendar year.

Once a Member has achieved the next higher Status level, the Member will automatically begin receiving the applicable benefits on their next Eligible Purchase. The Member shall retain the higher Status for the remainder of the calendar year in which it is achieved through the end of the following calendar year.

E. Points Expiration Policy 

All Points accrued by Members remain eligible for redemption for 24 months from either (i) the date of the Eligible Purchase (for merchandise) or (ii) the date on which the Member plays the round of golf relating to the Eligible Purchase. For example, if on January 15, 2026, a Member books a tee time for January 17, 2026 at a pretax cost of $100, the 100 Points earned will remain eligible for Redemption through January 17, 2028. The applicable date is as shown in Troon’s systems relating to the Eligible Purchase.

Following the passage of 24 months, the Points accrued by the Member expire and immediately become invalid, and will be reflected as such in the Member’s profile on the App/Website.

F. Redeeming Points

Points are redeemable for individual rounds of golf at Participating Facilities (a “Redemption Round”), and may be redeemed at a maximum of a twelve-to-one (12:1) conversion rate between Points and the pre-tax retail price of the applicable golf round in U.S. dollars. For example, a round of golf with a pre-tax retail price of $100 will require a maximum of 1,200 Points for a Redemption Round.

Occasionally, Troon and Participating Facilities may offer redemption rates more favorable than 12:1. These more favorable redemption rates will be identified on the App/Website when a booking is being made by the Member.

Troon, at its sole discretion, may offer “Points + Cash” redemptions in which the member may redeem fewer than the full number of points and pay the balance in cash.  For example, if a round of golf had a pre-tax retail price of $100 and a redemption price of 1,200 Points, Troon may offer members the ability to book a Redemption Round for 50% Points (600 Points) and 50% cash ($50).

Members may use Points toward rounds of golf at any Participating Facility included in the App/Website. Members may use Points for their own personal round of golf as well as up to three (3) additional players for one (1) Redemption Round. Points are not redeemable at any location not included in the App/Website, and Troon is not responsible for Member bookings outside these methods. Redemption Rounds are subject to availability in the App/Website. 

Troon, at its sole discretion, may offer members the ability to redeem points for merchandise purchased on the App/Website. Specific merchandise available for purchase, and the number of Points required, shall be indicated on the App/Website.  Taxes may apply to merchandise purchased with Points. 

Members cannot use Points in conjunction with bookings made in conjunction with third-party hotel or resort packages (even if such package includes golf at a Participating Facility). 

Redemption Rounds may be canceled by the Member, and Points redeposited to the Member, provided that the Member complies with cancellation policy of the Participating Facility. Failure of the Member to comply with the cancellation policy may result in loss of all Points used for a Redemption Round at Troon’s discretion.

Members must abide by all rules and regulations of the Participating Facility at which it redeems Points. Each Participating Facility has the discretion to remove a Member from its property or end a round of golf early for failing to abide by its rules and regulations. Troon will not provide refunds or credits for Points used at a Participating Facility if the Member was removed from the property or their golf round was ended early for any legitimate reason, including for violation of the Participating Facility’s rules and regulations.

Troon has no obligation to provide refunds or credits for Points used at a Participating Facility.

  1. Terms of Redemption – Members with No Status Level
    The following terms apply to Members that do not have Silver, Gold, or Platinum Status.

    1. Points may only be redeemed for Redemption Rounds up to three (3) calendar days in advance of the desired booking.

    2. Points may only be redeemed for Redemption Rounds within the following periods:

      1. Monday through Thursday: Any time available as provided by the Participating Facility

      2. Friday through Sunday and on Federal Holidays: After 12:00PM Local Time (as determined by the Participating Facility)

    3. Certain facilities may have different requirements than as set forth above. Please refer to [HYPERLINK] for a list of such locations and their specific time period requirements

    4. Points must be redeemed at the time of booking.

  2. Terms of Redemption – Members with Silver, Gold, or Platinum Status

    1. Points may be redeemed for a Redemption Round at any Participating Facility as soon available in the App/Website.

    2. There are no time-of-day or days-of-the week limitations (except as limited by the Participating Facility’s availability in the App/Website).

    3. Points must be redeemed at the time of booking.

III. Membership Communications

Information provided by a Member will be maintained in a personal profile. All information provided by a Member must be valid and accurate and must be kept current by the Member. Log in and make changes to your Member personal profile. Name changes may require supporting legal documentation

The information a Member provides to Troon for use in Access is processed in accordance with Troon’s Privacy Policy, available at golfwithaccess.com/privacy-policy. Communication of relevant information is important to administering the Troon Rewards Program and providing each Member with the opportunity to maximize the benefits of Membership.

As part of the enrollment in Access, Members may opt-out of receiving communications regarding Access. Absent an opt-out by a Member, the Member will receive communications regarding Access through means such as physical mail to the Member’s address provided in the Member profile or by e-mail to the Member’s provided e-mail address. Communications delivered to the address on file will be deemed to have been received one (1) business day after sending it if delivered to the Member’s email address or five (5) business days after sending it if delivered to the mailing address provided. Members are responsible for keeping their email and mailing addresses current. Neither Troon nor the Access program shall have any responsibility for misdirected or lost mail or any consequences thereof.

Troon may also send Members promotions, offers and other communications from time to time, which may include, without limitation, items from third parties. The items from third parties are based on the information provided to Troon by a Member and any additional data Troon may maintain. Members may change personal details and communications preferences at any time through the App/Website or by contacting rewards@troon.com.

IV. Conversion of Troon Rewards Points

Points earned through Troon Rewards (the “Legacy Points”), may be exchanged (at a variable rate as defined by current Troon Rewards status level and membership status in Troon Access) for Access Points in  through December 31, 2025. After December 31, 2025, Legacy Points cannot be converted to Access Points. Points cannot be converted from Access Points to Legacy Points.

Legacy Points converted to Access Points are valid for redemption in Access for 24 months after the conversion date. Legacy Points that are not converted by January 15, 2026 will remain valid for redemption pursuant to the Troon Rewards’ terms and conditions until October 31, 2026 at 11:59PM ET and thereafter will be terminated without further value.

V. Other Conditions Of Enrollment

A. Cancelling or Suspending Membership Accounts

Cancelling by Member. A Member may cancel their membership in Access at any time. All unredeemed Points as well as achieved member status, will be forfeited immediately and may not be reinstated or transferred.

Cancelling or Suspending by Troon. Troon may cancel a Member’s accumulated Points, suspend Access benefits, suspend membership status, or cancel a Member’s account at any time with immediate effect and without written notice, for any reason and in Troon’s sole discretion including, without limitation, if Troon believes the Member has:

  • Acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws, regulations, or ordinances;

  • Failed to pay any bill when due to Troon or a Participating Facility;

  • Acted in an inappropriate, fraudulent, abusive or hostile manner;

  • Breached or violated any of these Terms and Conditions or Troon’s Privacy Policy or Terms of Use for its website;

  • Fraudulently claimed eligibility to earn Points or benefits;

  • Engaged in any misconduct or wrongdoing in connection with Access , including, without limitation with respect to Points, discounts or other Member benefits; or

  • Violated any rules and regulations of a Participating Facility

B. Effect of Membership Cancellation or Deactivation

The Points, membership status and other related benefits and services are the sole property of Troon, and are not the property of Members. On cancellation or deactivation of membership in Access for any reason, all unredeemed points, membership discounts, membership status and all other member benefits will be forfeited and a Member will no longer be able to participate in Access . Points have no cash value and Troon will not compensate or pay cash for any forfeited or unused Points.

If Troon cancels a Member’s account for any reason, the Member may not reapply for membership in Access except in very limited circumstances in Troon’s sole discretion, and any new account opened in Member’s name and Points, membership status and other membership benefits earned in that account will be forfeited upon discovery.

If a Member cancels their account, or if a Member account become deactivated, the Member may reapply for membership in Access at a later date, but no Points, membership status, or other member benefits forfeited or expired will be reinstated to the Member account.

C. Modification of Access 

Except as otherwise expressly prohibited or limited by applicable laws, Troon has the right to change, limit, modify or cancel the Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Troon will provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice to Members to the extent such changes are material or may affect the value of Points or the ability to obtain certain membership status levels. Troon may, among other things: (i) increase or decrease the number of Troon Points received for a purchase or required for a round of golf or membership status level; (ii) add blackout dates; (iii) change Access benefits, conditions of participation, rules for earning, redeeming, retaining or forfeiting Points; or (v) change or cancel its Participating Facilities. In accumulating Points, Members may not rely upon the continued availability of any membership benefit.

D. Termination of Access 

Troon, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate Access with sixty (60) days’ advance notice (except as otherwise required by applicable law) to all active Members. At Troon’s sole discretion, Troon may choose to substitute a similar loyalty program for Access at any time upon a minimum of 60 days’ notice to active Access members. A Member may not accumulate Points or other member benefits after the termination of the Access program. If Access is terminated, all unredeemed Points will be forfeited without any obligation or liability and no membership benefit will be honored after the conclusion of the notice period.

E. Benefits Subject to Availability and Modification

All Access program benefits, amenities, offers, awards and services are subject to availability and may be changed at any time without notice.

F. Exit of Participating Facility

If a Participating Facility exits Access for any reason, a Member that has booked a round of golf prior to the facility’s exit, will earn Points for the round of golf provided that it takes place within sixty (60) days of the exit of the Participating Facility. If the round of golf was to be played more than sixty (60) days after the exit of the Participating Facility, Troon will notify the Member and Points will not be earned. Redemption Rounds booked prior to a Participating Facility’s exit from Access that occur within sixty (60) days will be honored. Redemption Rounds booked outside of this 60-day window will be refunded with the Points redeposited into the Member’s account. 

G. Closing of Participating Facility

If a Participating Facility closes on a permanent or temporary basis, any round of golf purchased for a date or time at which the Participating Facility is closed will not earn Points provided that the greens fees paid are refunded to the Member. If the greens fees are not refunded, the Member shall retain the Points. If the reservation was made using Points, the Points will be redeposited in the Member’s Access account. These are the sole remedies provided by Troon to the Member.  

VI. Additional Terms And Conditions

A. Monitoring Member Accounts 

Troon reserves the right to monitor the accounts of all Members, at any time and without notice, for compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Troon may review all Member’s Points, balances, and transaction history, including, without limitation, requests to use points, discounts and other benefits as provided herein.

B. Publication

Troon, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to publish Member winners’ names and any other information regarding any contest associated with Access . Member hereby grants Troon, its affiliates, and Participating Facilities, the nonexclusive, perpetual and irrevocable, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right and license to use any photographed, recorded or videotaped images of Member, or shared by Member via a social media account while at a Participating Facility, for use in promoting, marketing, selling, and otherwise commercializing Troon, its affiliates and Participating Facilities in all formats and media.

C. No Warranties or Representations, Express or Implied

Troon makes no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, with respect to type, quality or fitness of goods or services provided through Access or Participating Facilities.

D. Not Responsible for Act, Errors, or Omissions

Troon is not responsible for: (a) any loss or misdirection of, or delay in receiving, any Member application, correspondence, redemption requests, or other Member benefits; (b) theft or unauthorized redemption of Points or discounts; (c) any acts or omissions of third parties (including, without limitation, Participating Facilities); or (d) any errors published in relation to Access , including, but limited to, any pricing or typographical errors, errors of description, errors regarding Participating Facilities, and Access affiliates, errors in the crediting or debiting of Points from Member accounts. Troon reserves the right to correct, without notice, any errors.

E. Interpretation of Access Terms and Conditions

All interpretations of these Terms and Conditions regarding Access and membership therein are at Troon’s sole discretion, and Troon’s decisions will be final. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English language version will govern.

F. Trademarks

Troon and Participating Facilities are the sole and exclusive owners or licensees of the trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and copyrighted or copyrightable materials Troon, its affiliates, and the Participating Facilities. Members shall never, directly or indirectly, interfere with, challenge, file applications for, or claim ownership of these trademarks anywhere in the world.

G. Waiver

Troon’s waiver of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by any Member will not constitute a waiver of any other prior or subsequent breach of these Terms and Conditions. Troon’s failure to insist upon strict compliance with these Terms and Conditions by any Member will not be deemed a waiver of any rights or remedies Troon may have against that or any other Member. Troon may waive compliance with these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion and may run promotions from time to time that provide enhanced benefits to select Members.

H. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL TROON, ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES, ANY PARTICIPATING FACILITY, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS BE LIABILT FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTION DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, WHICH ARISE OUT OF OR ARE IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE TROON REWARDS PROGRAM, THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, OR TROON’S OPERATION OF THE TROON REWARDS PROGRAM.

I. Indemnification

All Members hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Troon (its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents) for, from and against any and all claims, causes of action, losses, damage, liabilities or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs) that Troon may suffer arising out of, caused by or in connection with such Member’s participation in Access .

J. Choice of Law and Venue

Any disputes arising out of or related to Access or these Terms and Conditions will be handled individually without any class action, and will be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. The exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to Access or these Terms and Conditions may be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Arizona, United States.

K. Subject to Law

Membership in Access and the earning and redeeming of Points are subject to all applicable local laws and regulations. Membership in Access , Member benefits and any promotions are offered in good faith; however, they may not be available if prohibited or restricted by applicable law or regulation in the United States or Member’s jurisdiction of residence. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be deemed deleted from these Terms and Conditions in such jurisdiction and the remaining terms will remain in full force, subject to the Other Conditions of Enrollment above.

L. Legal Action

Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions will limit the Troon in the exercise of any legal or equitable rights or remedies.

M. Entire Agreement

These Access Terms and Conditions , together with any other terms and conditions, rules or regulations incorporated herein or referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between Troon and Members relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersede any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on the Access website.

N. Acceptance

Member’s use of and participation in Access constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as Troon’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for its website.

O. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Troon shall not be liable to a Member for any losses, damages, claims, or liabilities arising out of or resulting from the conduct, acts, omissions, negligence, or willful misconduct of any Participating Facility, its employees, agents, contractors or invitees. In no event shall Troon be liable to a Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, arising out of or resulting from the conduct, acts, omissions, negligence or willful misconduct of any Participating Facility, its employees, agents, contractors or invitees. Participating Facility shall remain solely responsible to a Member for its own performance and compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
