Set against the backdrop of the Arabian Gulf in Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Golf Club is one of Troon’s premier international destinations, offering both a memorable golf experience and a luxurious resort escape. Designed by Peter Harradine, this par-72 championship course stretches 7,325 yards from the back tees and winds through four interconnected lagoons, creating a visually striking and strategically demanding layout. The front nine travels away from the clubhouse, while the back nine returns home around the water culminating in a dramatic finishing stretch that rewards precision and thoughtful shot-making.
Al Hamra Golf Club has earned its place on the global stage, hosting the DP World Tour’s inaugural Ras Al Khaimah Championship in 2022 and serving as a fixture on the European Challenge Tour from 2016 to 2018, including the season-ending Grand Final in 2018.
