Terms & Conditions
Promoter
1. The Promoter of this Full Swing KIT Giveaway is Troon Golf, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, located at 15044 North Scottsdale Road, Suite 300, Scottsdale, Arizona 85254 (“Promoter”).
Eligibility
2. The Full Swing KIT Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except as provided below. Entries are limited to five (5) per person, regardless of entry method. Entries may be submitted by: (a) purchasing a Troon Access gift; or (b) filling out the appropriate Type Form survey. Entries commence Friday, June 6, 2025, at 12:01 AM PST and end Sunday, June 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST (“Entry Period”). All entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions.
3. Employees, officers, directors, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, children) or household members of the Promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude participants from jurisdictions where the Giveaway is not compliant with applicable regulations.
Draw Period and Prizes
5. The winner will be selected by a random drawing on or about Monday, July 15, 2025 (“Drawing”), from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
6. The prize consists of one (1) refurbished Full Swing KIT launch monitor. The prize is non-transferable and awarded “as is” with no warranties, express or implied, except those provided by the manufacturer.
7. Entry into the Giveaway is made by any eligible person who has either signed up for Troon Rewards or booked and played a tee time during the Entry Period, subject to the entry limit.
8. No cash alternative to the prize is available, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
9. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and other costs associated with the receipt and use of the prize.
10. The Promoter’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner Selection and Notification
11. The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received by 11:59 PM PST on July 15, 2025, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
12. The winner will be notified by email or phone within five (5) business days of the Drawing. To claim the prize, the winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and/or IRS Form W-9. If the winner fails to respond, is ineligible, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. The prize will be shipped to the winner’s provided U.S. address within thirty (30) days of verification.
13. The winner’s name will be available upon request by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Promoter’s address above, received by August 31, 2025.
General
14. The Promoter is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered entries, notifications, or communications; (b) technical, computer, online, telephone, electronic, software, hardware, transmission, Internet, website, or other access issues, failures, or malfunctions that may hinder entry; or (c) any event that disrupts or corrupts the Giveaway. Entrants who tamper with the Giveaway, its code, or its operation will be disqualified and may be subject to legal action.
15. By entering, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or the prize, except where prohibited by law.
16. The Promoter disclaims liability for inaccurate information, whether caused by the website, users, equipment, or human or technical errors related to entry submission. The Promoter makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the prize beyond those provided by the manufacturer.
17. Entry information will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy (available at www.troon.com/privacy-policy). By entering, participants consent to the Promoter’s use of their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Participants may opt out of marketing communications by following instructions in the privacy policy or contacting the Promoter.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway or these Terms and Conditions for any reason, including technical issues, fraud, or legal requirements. Notice of such changes will be posted on www.troon.com. The Promoter is not liable for any losses resulting from such actions.
19. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any third-party platforms (e.g., X, Apple, Google) that may be used to promote or access it.
20. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the Giveaway or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, except where local law grants participants the right to bring claims in their home jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
21. These Terms and Conditions constitute the official rules of the Giveaway.
