PohlCat Golf Course

Overview

Since opening in 1992, this par-72 course has become a “must-play” for golfers all over Michigan and its surrounding areas. PohlCat, located in the heart of Michigan, is a championship-style course played over and around the scenic 100-foot-wide Chippewa River. The course was designed by former PGA Tour pro and Mt. Pleasant native Dan Pohl. There are plenty of similarities between the great PGA Tour courses Dan played and the tough but fair design of PohlCat. This design offers players a unique golfing experience by combining beautiful northern Michigan scenery with a links-style feel.
